Context

Workshops fade. People go back to their desks and invent prompts from scratch, or paste whatever worked once into a chat with no shared judgment. Training needed a durable home for what “good” looks like in practice.

What I built

A prompt library of 284+ vetted prompts for internal MillerKnoll use, sitting behind Microsoft Entra 2FA. Also reachable inside the company through My MK → Tools → Prompt Library. Not a dump of clever one-liners. A curated set tied to how teams actually work.

How it worked

Treat prompts as product, not leftovers from a slide deck. Organize for findability. Gate access with enterprise auth. Keep the library close to the toolkit and LMS so the path from lesson to practice is short.

Outcome

Associates have a secure place to start from after class. The enablement program has infrastructure, not just curriculum. Hiring managers and peers can see that the work includes the boring layer that makes adoption real.

What I’d do next

Tighten usage analytics (which prompts get reused vs abandoned). Expand sets as Agent Building curriculum lands. Keep security posture boring and correct.
